How can I be sure my issues will be resolved?

The Wiztek community is made up of highly talented and experienced IT Experts who can fix any IT problem you may face. Of course, in the very unlikely event that our expert Helpers are unable to resolve your IT issue, you don’t pay a penny and your payment will be reimbursed immediately.


Can I choose my helper?

Absolutely! Whenever you connect to Wiztek we will provide you with a choice of 3 Helpers based on the information you have provided. To help you choose which one, you will be able to see their specialisation, success rate and lots of other useful information about them. If there is a previous Helper that you worked with that you liked, if available, they will be shown to you automatically.


Do I need an account to use Wiztek services?

Yes – and it’s a very simply process to set up. The first time you use Wiztek, we will create an account for you using your email address and will then send you a short code to use the next time you need us!
